Production and dispatch

Prints and canvases are made to order. Allow 3–5 business days for production, then 5–7 business days for delivery within Canada and the continental United States. International transit times vary.

Packaging and rates

Giclée prints ship flat between archival board or rolled in a rigid tube; canvases ship boxed with corner protection. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free on orders over $600 CAD.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your local authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the amount paid at checkout.

Damage in transit

Inspect your order on arrival. If a piece arrives damaged, email photographs of the artwork and packaging to studio@aaronstanart.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns and cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours, before production begins.
• Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Lost parcels and addresses

Please double-check your shipping address — we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
