1. About these terms

This website is operated by Aaron Stan Art ("we", "us"). By browsing the site, adding items to your cart, or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and artwork

All works are original scratchboard pieces reproduced as archival giclée prints or gallery-wrapped canvas. Prints are made to order in the size and format you select at checkout. Because each piece is hand-finished and printed individually, slight variation in tone, texture and trim is normal and is not considered a defect. Screen colour is device-dependent and cannot be guaranteed to match the printed result exactly.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before payment.
• Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description error occurred, or payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already charged.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order. Title passes once payment clears.

4. Cart and pricing accuracy

Items held in your cart are not reserved and prices, sizes and availability may change until the order is submitted. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that listings are error-free.

5. Copyright and permitted use

All images, artwork, text and site content are the intellectual property of Aaron Stan and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, scan, resell as a reproduction, license, or use the artwork commercially. Commercial licensing is available by written agreement. 6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
